Mita has more than 15 years of experience in project management with a strong background in managing technical assistance project, capacity building project, climate change project and cultural project. She also has broad experiences in managing and working closely with local, national and international partners and stakeholders.
As a Partnership and Contract Manager she is in charge of a range of activities related to relationships with IHE Partners globally as well as in contracting & contract management. These activities range from administrative tasks, including preparing agreements with project partners and sub-grantees, concluding Donor grants, etc, based on an established set of internal rules, to more policy and related strategic work related to managing strategic partners, which include identification of partners and concluding Institutional Agreements (like Memorandum of Understanding), as well preparing and maintaining policies related to the above-mentioned tasks.
Previously, she worked with one of the UN agencies (UNDP), NGOs, and the broadcasting sector in Indonesia. Mita holds an LLB (Bachelor of Laws) in Jurisprudence and an LLM (Master of Laws) in International Law and the Law of International Organization from the University of Groningen, The Netherlands.
