Apply now: 2025-2026 Schlumberger Foundation Faculty for the Future fellowships

The Schlumberger Foundation is accepting new and renewal applications for the 2025-2026 Faculty for the Future Fellowships from 2 September to 8 November 2024.

The Faculty for the Future programme encourages women from what it defines as developing countries and emerging economies to apply for fellowships to finance PhD or post-doctoral research in STEM fields. The application deadline is 8 November 2024.

The programme awards fellowships for PhD studies or post-doctoral research in STEM disciplines at leading universities abroad.

Schlumberger Foundation

The Schlumberger Foundation supports science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education. Since its inception, the Foundation has focused on funding a variety of programs in scientific educational all over the world.

Eight IHE Delft PhD candidates are currently (partly) sponsored by the Schlumberger Foundation. Jessica Salcedo of Peru earned her doctoral degree in April 2023, following PhD research primarily funded by the Faculty for the Future fellowship.
