LPDP-Netherlands Joint Scholarship Programme

The LPDP-Netherlands Joint Scholarship is a joint scholarship funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Indonesia Endowment Fund for Education (LPDP), for Indonesian citizens to pursue the one-year (68EC) MSc in Water and Sustainable Development programme.

Academic merit and professional experience

The deadline to apply for this scholarship was 12 February 2024, and it is now closed.

Eligibility criteria included Indonesian citizenship, residency in Indonesia, willingness to return to Indonesia post-graduation, a minimum GPA of 3.0 from an S1/D4 education background, and TOEFL IBT ≥90 or IELTS ≥6.5 scores valid for two years. In addition, applicants should have been mid-career professionals, under 35 years old by 31 December 2024, and not currently holding or pursuing a master's degree. Also, candidates should not have been employed by certain organizations focused on international activities related to social interests.

To apply for this scholarship, prospective candidates were required to follow the steps outlined on the LPDP-Netherlands Joint Scholarship Programme page and also apply for admission to IHE Delft’s MSc programme. Candidates shortlisted for the scholarship will be asked to submit more information from 1 to 8 April.
