Online Course on Project Management for Sanitation
Following this course enables you to understand and apply standard tools and approaches for results based project management to develop a sound sanitation proposal and project implementation plan.
For whom?
Young and mid-career professionals working at private sector companies, local authorities or NGOs who have the interest to expand their knowledge in project management with a focus on sanitation.

For whom?
Young and mid-career professionals working in private companies, local authorities or NGOs interested in project management (focus on sanitation). Practitioners, decision-makers and other professionals (not strictly working already in the field) who have the interest to expand their knowledge in project management (focus on sanitation).
The course discusses project management cycle and results-based project management. The participants work in groups to develop a sanitation project proposal and implementation plan – (i) context analysis; (ii) stakeholder analysis; (iii) specific problem analysis (iv) theory of change; (v) risk assessment and mitigation; (vi) task planning; (vii) project budget & VFM and (viii) MEL indicators.
